Ordering here is a simple three step process. Select a frame (from 2000+ frames), click on the "details" link button to see the full description of the frame. Please make sure that the size of the frame is the one you require. The next step is to enter your prescription in our database. While entering your prescription, please do not change the signs that are associated with sphere and cylinder numbers. This is the most common mistake. After entering your prescription a confirmation page will appear. Once you confirm, your selected product will be added to the cart and ready to be processed by our team.
What is the delivery cost?
Regular delivery is free in the UK and Europe. Yes! NO charges even if you are ordering from the other side of Europe. For express DHL delivery , you have to pay £7 per shipment up to four glasses. If you are ordering four glasses altogether you can claim your express delivery for free. Please leave a note in the special instruction box to claim your express delivery for free.
